Rooted in tradition

Our headquarters are located in Völklingen, Germany in one of the oldest steel-producing regions of Europe which is where our company has been based for nearly 50 years. Deeply rooted in the metal producing and working industries we rely on strong tool fabrication experience spanning several decades.

Servicing North America
2001 saw the establishment of Saar-Hartmetall USA LLC. Centrally located, just south of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio in Covington, Kentucky we operate our US sales office and warehouse. Most of our parts are kept in stock to assure reliable and timely deliveries to our North American customers.

We use production technologies which dispense us from compromising over quality and efficiency. By being specialized in the manufacture of individual products and in medium series production, we achieve a high precision in all production steps from the raw material up to the finished product.

Competence through innovative thinking

Products are the reflection of the people who make them. Our staff excels in expertise, commitment and innovative ideas. No matter whether it is for the development of new alloys or the tackling of specific technical problems of our customers, we can provide the right solutions.
